Password Changes

The TIDD website has been upgraded and now has more secure password requirements.

If you haven’t logged in recently you may receive a username/password error.

To update your password please click the LOST PASSWORD? button.

If you do not receive your password reset email within 2-3 minutes please check your junk folder.

NOTE: I have received some feedback lately that the password reset does not work on occasions, in that the user doesn’t receive the email to change their password. If this happens to you please send a quick email to me at alex@tidd.com.au titled ‘Password Reset’ and I will reset your password for you. My apologies for any inconvenience.
